What is craniosacral therapy?

The term craniosacral refers to the attention of the spine, of the bones of the skull and the terminal structure of the spine, the sacrum. As an evaluation and control tool, craniosacral practice pays particular attention to the cerebrospinal rhythm, a slight swelling and contraction of the bones of the head and a rotation around the central axis by the skeleton on each side of the body.
