Born in Stuttgart (Germany) and he graduated as a physiotherapist for rehabilitation and massage therapy at the university clinic "Johannes-Gutenberg" in Mainz in 1989.

Si è trasferita a Milano nel 1990 dove ha lavorato in diverse strutture come l’ospedale S.Rita, il poliambulatorio San Raffaele Resnati, Euromedica, Milan Medical Center, e vari studi medici privati. Dal 2005 ha iniziato l’attività in proprio presso lo studio fisioterapico Zenith, a Milano. In 2013 ha cambiato sede presso lo studio ASC-Physiotherapy in Via Terraggio 9 a Milano (Cadorna).

Durante la sua esperienza professionale di oltre 28 anni ha integrato nuove conoscenze con formazioni e tecniche diverse, in particolare relative alla Medicina Tradizionnale Cinese, allo Shiatsu, alla Riflessologia Plantare Metodo Zu e all’Osteopatia (Metodo Strain Counterstrain e Craniosacrale). Ha completato il “Master in Bodymind-Centering”, He followed by Bioenergetics and Feldenkrais classes for several years. He reached the first level of Reiki.
